It is our get outside "search, see and react method" to what is out there; the buyers and sellers. I believe, a client has a greater need to see what they represent instead of having to dodge "the new highway for billboard clutter" the Internet. I for one am bored with the multitude of cheap do it yourself flash sites and newspaper sized ads.
There is an increase in the availability of creative artists who are specializing in Web Design. The trend is a shift towards the
more "personalized creative work-flow" as opposed to "mega company" box model sites. The creative population is consistently seeking some form of "partnership" where art and markets for advertisng can re-direct their ideas. Bring to mind the artistic posters of the World War I and II era. Typography, art and illustration with very powerful eye catching messages.
And yes we are recruiting. We want innovative, entertaining, people loving, pencil sharpening, ink blotching, color and the not so color coordinated designers who are up for a challenge, able to instigate change and can take it past the challenge.
